I have met many books on my way that describe the role of a leader in an organization. I was in a few trainings which basically revolved around the same theoretical issues. Personal coaching brought me the most value, which allowed me to focus on my strengths and weaknesses and opened my eyes to things that I was completely unaware of during my work.

What is the role of a leader in an organization, a lot depends on the organization itself. Modern IT companies place great emphasis on employee development and a culture that will help them retain them. People will not be working with a dictator or manager who will want to look at their lines of code before they go to production. We place emphasis on trust and development because we are human ourselves.

What kind of leader you will be depends entirely on you. Each of us is able to develop different behaviors, and knowing our strengths and weaknesses, we can build on them. & Nbsp; & nbsp;

Modern organizations are leaving & nbsp; from managers to servant leaders, assuming that the leader is there to help his employees achieve success and their success will be their success. I know from experience that it works.

You won’t be able to do everything yourself. With 10-20-100 people under you, you won’t even be able to know what exactly is to be done. You need to make sure you have the right people around you.
